Wink Wink ;-)

Chatting with some friends last week I re-discovered winking! I had never really though about it before but..what is a wink? ;-)

I thought about a wink and how it can change the whole dynamic of a conversation. Ok so you have a sentence..

‘Yes it’s a plan, see you on Monday’ (normal conversation, see you Monday)

‘Yes it’s a plan, see you on Monday WINK ;-) (this suggests..yup somethings going to happen on Monday)

I can’t help but find this strange and quite amusing may I add, a blink of the eye can change the whole angle of a conversation.

A sentence followed by a wink opens up a lot more doors to different thoughts just by that one noticeable blink of the eye.

I don’t necessarily mean a ‘naughty wink’, it’s just any wink I find STRANGE!
